A blustery good morning to you!

Well this might not be the best way to start the holiday weekend, but we can certainly fix that! Gillane’s is warm and dry and filled with great food, drinks, and, of course, people! We will warm you up with our mushroom bisque, then fill you up with our crispy soft shell crab po boy with spicy remoulade. Or try the cashew crusted ahi tuna salad with crispy wontons and a honey soy vinaigrette. Start the weekend off with a Long Train Hibernator or a Troegs Sunshine Pils and get the party started! We look forward to seeing you!

Have a great weekend!

Check out the craft beers we currently have on our NEW, expanded 12 TAP draft system;

Victory Summer Love

Brewed locally at the Victory Brewery in Chester County, the Summer of Love Ale is a golden ale made with pale malts, German hops and Brandywine River water. This specific style of beer was chosen because it has a broad appeal and will be accessible for casual beer drinkers, but will still retain exciting hop notes.

The brew has a vibrant and refreshing pale color derived from its lean and refreshing malt body. And the initially floral aroma of hops segues into a well integrated, refreshing hop dryness of European heritage.

Victory Swing Session Saison

It’s a lively jazz rhythm, a vigorous sway, a change of view or even a roll in the proverbial hay. Now it also means the welcome jolt of joy you’ll experience upon your first sip of this session saison. Bracing, but benign, this Belgian style ale enlivens any experience with a spicy, aromatic start, citrus snap and fresh finish. Swing into spring with taste!

Elysian, The Immortal

A Northwest interpretation of a classic English style, golden copper in color and loaded with New World hop flavor and aroma.

Starr Hill Grateful

Grateful creates a fresh spin on the American Pale Ale tradition. A strong citrusy, resinous aroma from the American hops leads into a light body with subtle malt flavor. Grateful is a sessionable brew at 4.7% abv.

Goose Island Matilda

Made with rare yeast that suggests a fruity and spicy flavor. There is a complex maltiness that is balance with a profuse amount of hops.

Troegs Sunshine Pils

Hop fans rejoice! Sunshine Pils combines the crisp taste of European style pilsners with a kicked-up hop character to create a balanced, refreshing seasonal beer. Golden in color with a fluffy white head, Sunshine Pils is the perfect beer to combat the sweltering heat of summer.

Long Trail Double Bag (German Brown Ale)

This malty, full-bodied double alt is also known as “Stickebier” – German slang for “secret brew”. Long Trail Double Bag was originally offered only in our brewery taproom as a special treat to our visitors. With an alcohol content of 7.2%, please indulge in moderation. The Long Trail Brewing Company is proud to have Double Bag named Malt Advocate’s “Beer of the Year” in 2001. Malt Advocate is a national magazine devoted to “expanding the boundaries of fine drinks”. Their panel of judges likes to keep things simple, and therefore of thousands of eligible competitors they award only two categories: “Imported” and “Domestic”. It is a great honor to receive this recognition.

Magic Hat Ticket to Rye

Ticket to Rye is a Rye IPA that offers the imbiber an opening act of rye spice, nicely woven into a hearty, bitter backup from an entire band of Nugget hops. The harmony created by these ingredients is just what any epic show calls for.
